Mystery Ranch

Web Design + Digital Marketing

Recently acquired by YETI, Mystery Ranch, known for its durable and functional backpacks, is a global leader in military, hunting, fire, and mountaineering gear. We managed their brand, and I helped to create digital ads, emails, website concepts, and buyers workbooks.

New pack web features
In line with Mystery Ranch's design vision for their website's new product highlight pages, I designed a dedicated section showcasing their whitetail deer hunting packs.

The page is user-friendly, categorized into treestand, ground blind, and on-the-ground hunting styles, along with a feature on essential accessories. Additionally, it highlights Mystery Ranch's latest hunting technology innovations, emphasizing their commitment to enhancing the hunter's field experience.
Engaging with the customer
We've been an ongoing partner for Mystery Ranch, aiding in the creation of email campaigns and templates. Specifically, we optimized the welcome email format, providing flexibility for the Mystery Ranch team to easily customize content and images as needed. This streamlined approach ensures cohesive and adaptable communication.
Displaying innovation
These series of display ads for Mystery Ranch, are each crafted to spotlight their diverse range of backpacks and special product launches. These ads were created to capture the essence of Mystery Ranch’s commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring that each product’s unique features were front and center.
Revamping the product pages on the web
Much of Mystery Ranch’s revenue comes through online sales, so their website’s usability and interaction are essential to their business. They came to us with the request to review their current site, and to redesign the customer experience for easier navigation and to focus more heavily on the packs and their features.

Connected through passion
We've incorporated various topographic maps into Mystery Ranch's brand over the years, including one featuring the Crazy Mountains. I modernized the topo to ensure its adaptability across different assets, incorporating an orange line to symbolize the thread binding all their packs together.
